ABOUT ME

Working Hard For Change

I am a certified Level 3 personal trainer based in Bookham, Surrey. I believe that mobile personal training really suits clients who prefer a familiar setting such as their home, their garden, or a local park. I also train clients at my home. My love for fitness began after I discovered my passion for long distance running. I feel on top of the world when I run and I want to inspire other people to find a mode of fitness that they can really enjoy. 


Everybody is unique; each with their own strengths and limitations. My training method is to build a custom plan based on your shape, size, and fitness goals. My aim is not only to make you feel body confident, but to influence you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health.

WHAT I CAN DO FOR YOU

I offer a wide range of training styles including cardio, weight based and resistance training. I believe that it's just as important to train outdoors in the fresh air as it is inside. I also offer online sessions over Zoom. This can be particularly useful if you do not live locally. We will begin by having an initial meeting and we will identify your short, medium and long term goals.


Apart from helping you get into shape, I can also help with improving endurance, building strength, rehabilitating from injury, and sports-specific training. I will design a training programme specifically for you as an individual which will be challenging and rewarding.

If you sit down all day in an office it is extremely important that you focus on your posture and weakest muscles when exercising. Unless you maintain regular exercise, it is likely that you may lose muscle as you age. The more you do to stretch out your muscles, the more likely your body will thank you for it and you will be less likely to get those common aches such as back pain. We can focus on those weaker areas of the body and isolate the muscles to help improve your overall strength. By accomplishing some fun cardio work outs in short bursts, you will feel like you have more energy in your day to day life as you will be getting fitter every session.

My experience in fitness training includes a focus on Muscle Building. Muscle building boosts your metabolism long term which means that you are less likely to store excess fat. The unique program that I’ve developed will help burn calories, boost the metabolism, and improve your overall health. A combination of stimulating exercises as well as a healthy diet will have you in tip top shape. Training with others is enjoyable, sociable and fun. You may face different challenges from each other but you are all in the same boat when it comes to conquering them. Working out with a group of people is really motivating and fulfilling as not only are you proud of yourself for achieving, you're proud of the whole group. All of my exercises can be adapted for a range of abilities.

CIRCUIT/HIIT TRAINING

Training Designed To Challenge

Get your blood pumping and help spread oxygen and nutrients to all the muscles in the body. This is the most effective fitness system to burn calories as it combines strength and cardio. Health and fitness is as much about feeling body confident as it is about how your body functions on the inside. My workouts will get your heart-rate up to an optimal exercise heart rate. Your body will feel pumped and mind will feel energised after a good work out.
